     Milled tooth files for bodies:

 

The finition of bodies requieres that the teeth are exempt from any asperity, in order to avoid the scratch on the sheet-iron. Other particularities have to be observed:

 

- The chip must easily release, it is the reason for wich the angle of cutting is positive. The bottom of the tooth as to be perfectly rounded in order to avoid the stuffing ;

 

- The edges of the file must not touch the piece during the filling in order to avoid the formation of any scratch. It is the reason for wich the form of the teeth is convex. The difference of height between the middle and the edge of the teeth is about: 0,2 mm by face.
